Current Work

I currently provide IT Project Management to the EDS Dylan Thomas Prize for Literature.

Experience

I have worked in Project Management since 1989, where i worked as a Contracts Engineer in a large Project Management team of 100 dealing with major capital works. The total budget was over £1billion and i was responsible for the project contract management of £130million. The project finished within budget.

My later experience was in the role of IT Project Manager where i successfully managed the implementation of a 600 user IT system within a tight timescale and tighter budget.

Since 2005 i have been self employed as a musican and events manager, however my extensive experience in project management has forced me to offer my services on this website.
